Well being challenge

Kia ora bloggers,


Today we had to do a challenge. For this task we had to roll a dice three times and roll a six which was six burpees, six star jumps and six sit ups.  I enjoyed doing this activity because we got to do things like eat 2 different veggies and 2 different fruits. I found  it challenging to write three things that I didn't find easy and three different things that I could make easier. Did you enjoy reading my blog post today?

    Thank you for sharing your learning task to your blog today. Keeping active at this time is very important. How many sit ups and press ups did you do today? Another great form of keeping fit is skipping, do you have a skipping rope? Remember to drink plenty of water too. I look forward to visiting your blog again soon.
